The Mission
14 years ago, Pastor PJ began feeding the homeless and hungry in our city and Genesis Church has been a part of the amazing ministry at Straight Street for over eleven years. Every second Tuesday of the month we host Genesis Night at Straight Street. It is a time where life groups, teams, and individuals come together to prepare a meal and then meet downtown to serve that meal to the hungry and homeless in our city.
Food shares take place every Monday through Friday from 5pm-7pm at the Christian Service Center downtown. Individuals, families, etc. are welcome to show up and volunteer on any evening.
