Dear Genesis Church,
It’s that time again! Christmas is right around the corner, and Genesis is excited to announce that our
Christmas Gift Offering is back. Since the beginning of our church, we have used this season to go above and beyond in our giving so that together we can see even greater things accomplished for Christ. As we’ve learned this year in “The Letters That Built The Church,” when the church stays mission focused and generous with both time and resources, the gospel continues to spread and build His Church near and far.
This year’s Gift Offering is all about that, building the Church. A portion of your giving will go toward
strengthening the churches we partner with globally, caring for pastors and their families, and helping their ministries continue to reach people. Another portion will bless our local ministry partners and help create Christmas for families in need here at home.
We don’t ask often, but we also have some “building up” needs right here at Genesis. Equipment
upgrades, projects at our Ministry Center and Sunday campus, and staffing needs due to the incredible growth we experienced in 2025. Our student ministry alone has grown to the largest size in our history! And we’re not done. To continue reaching our city and the friends and family you invite, we will be upgrading our Sunday translation services from one language to many, and adding audio translation alongside our current written translation. This will open the door for even more people to experience Genesis.
It is our prayer and desire that we would “out-give” any previous offering and exceed our goal of $75,000 as a church. 100% of what is given goes directly to the initiatives shared above.
In his letter to the church in Corinth, Paul praised the believers in Macedonia because they were eager to take part in a gift. Some gave what they could; others gave more than they could. It wasn’t about equal gifts, it was about equal sacrifice.
As the Pastor of this church, I know Christmas brings many meaningful opportunities to give and each one is worthy. What I’m asking is that you make it part of your Christmas tradition to give to your church so together we can continue the work God has placed before us.
Our Gift Offering begins now and continues through December 31st. All giving is tax-deductible for 2025 if received by that date. This is also a GREAT opportunity for businesses looking to make an end-of-year contribution that creates a Kingdom impact. What better way to close the year than by ensuring your generosity is making an eternal difference?
You may give a one-time gift or multiple gifts throughout the month on Sundays at Genesis, online at
genesischurchorlando.com, through the Genesis Church Center App, or by mail at: 422 S. Alafaya Trail, Unit 25, Orlando, FL 32828
Grace and Peace,
Pastor Tim
